(Washington, DC)  --  Accused National Security agency leaker Edward Snowden is facing espionage charges.  The "Washington Post" reports the charges are part of a sealed criminal complaint against the former government contractor.  Snowden revealed top secret details over government surveillance programs earlier this month.

Snowden worked as a security contractor for Booz Allen Hamilton and had access to top secret documents that detailed the NSA's widespread collection of  phone and email data.  He's reportedly hiding out in Hong Kong, but seeking political asylum in Iceland.
