The building featured on the cover of Pink Floyd's 1977 album Animals is undergoing a makeover.

CNN says Wilkinson Eyre architects is redeveloping London's massive, rundown Battersea Power Station, which stopped operating in 1983.

Wilkinson Eyre's Jim Eyre says the remodeled structure will house offices, retail outlets, and luxury residential "villas," as well as a rooftop garden and an observation deck.  He explains that his firm is working to preserve the character of the iconic building, which includes rebuilding the four distinctive chimneys.

Eyre says they'll even purchase the exact same color of paint from the company that supplied it for the original construction back in the 1930s.

No word on whether an inflatable pig will be hung between any of the chimneys.  But once the building reopens, the price tag for a unit will run three-thousand-300 dollars per square foot.
