World Health Organization Releases Top 10 Threats For 2019

The World Health Organization is identifying the top ten threats people face in 2019, including climate change and the anti-vaxx movement.  A growing number of people are not getting vaccines for their children for preventable diseases such as measles and diphtheria.  Other concerns on the list are air pollution, noncommunicable diseases, global flu pandemic, people living in challenging parts of the world with poor health care, resistance to antibiotics, Ebola and HIV.  Also on the list is a mosquito-borne disease that has been a growing threat for decades, dengue.  The WHO has estimated that 40% of the world is at risk of dengue fever.
