Guns N' Roses will be joined on its 2020 stadium tour by another legendary rock band, Smashing Pumpkins.
The Pumpkins will support GNR at a handful of major market dates: Philadelphia, PA; Detroit, MI; Toronto, ON; Washington, D.C.; East Rutherford, NJ, and Boston, MA.
The first date of the tour is July 8 in Philadelphia.
Citi cardmember pre-sale is available through 10 p.m. local time today (February 6).
Tickets go on sale to the general public, starting Friday, Feb. 7, at noon local time via LiveNation.com.
The tour announcement comes as anticipation has heightened surround the prospect of new music from both bands.
GNR guitarists Slash and Richard Fortus have each recently implied that the band is close to having new music ready.
Smashing Pumpkins' front man Billy Corgan recently confirmed that his band plans to release a double-album this year.
The tour could also afford Corgan an opportunity to get to know GNR's Axl Rose, whom he has praised in the past for being a "truly free" artist.
