Put together a team of four and join us for a crazy-fun 9-hole indoor miniature golf outing in 9 bars throughout North Dayton on Saturday, February 24, 2018!
Proceeds benefit local children and adults with disabilities at United Rehabilitation Services!
To register your team, click here to download the registration form and turn it into one of the participating bars, along with your registration fee. The participating bars, in rotation order, are Rip Rap Roadhouse, Little York Tavern, Submarine House, Wings, Shiloh Athletic Club, Bolts Sports Cafe, Oscar’s, Hinders and Tony’s Bada-Bing. All teams are required to bring their owner putter and ball and have a designated driver.
Prizes will be awarded for best team costume, and first, second and third place scoring team.

Please arrive at the bar you selected when you registered between 10:30 – 11:00 am to complete your registration and receive your scorecard the morning of the event. All team members will be required to the waiver on the registration form before the event begins. All scorecards must be completed and turned in to a URS volunteer by 6 pm in order to be eligible for prizes. Prizes will be awarded for best team costume, and first, second and third place scoring team.
